Bluetooth connection via MS Wireless Intellimouse

I can do pairing with the MS blue tooth device, but how can I do the synchronization ? I mean, there is no icon in the taskbar since I use the USB cradle at work....Anyone an idea ? Do I miss the point ?

Well, it's a bit strange.

you have to pair the device and check "connect without confirmation" in the bluetooth settings on the fone.
Then check all the bluetooth-serial-ports in your connection manager in the systemtray.

Connect the serial port in the bluetooth-neighborhood on your pc. You'll get a error-message, but the connection manager will connect anyway...

I've the DLink BT120 bluetooth device.
I've experienced the exact same scenario as you have only that for every time the PC/bluetooth thingy and the phone pair they unpair after a few seconds and so it goes on and on forever pairing and unpairing.
This is extremely frustrating....

update - got it working now.

The computer was set to negotiate a shared secret whereas the phone wasn't.

Michael, there is no connection manager in the systemtray, that'sth eproblem. Only the phone connection link, but that tells me com1 en 3 are not conncte.........
