You Can Use A software called DietMp3 v04.03 u can call me in 08563080779 or [email][email protected][/email] for information
You can keep it as MP3, just reduce the bitrate and (optionally depending on if you are not listening through headphones) make it Mono.
A lot of freeware stuff that does this. If you need codecs, then choose LAME which is a good freeware MP3 codec
