how many of you guys have dead pixels? i have one at the bottom of the screen, it doesn't ruin the phone but it does stick out alot and is a bit annoying.
N85 - Dead pixel
No dead pixels, what colour are they, black?
I've been through three N85's already, on the fourth now, and all of those three had dead pixels.
I'm pleased to say this one does not but the slider isn't as solid as the others, but I can live with that.

When LCD technology first came about you were often warned to expect the odd dead pixel as part of the manufacturing process. However, now that we're much further down the line I thought dead pixels were a thing of the past.

good thing N96 doesn't use OLED
dead pixels have nothing to do with oled or not...they just die on qvga screens or oled, does not matter so don't be surprised to find one, one day on your device
