Can you do this with the E71?

There are two things I really appreciate about my BlackJack which I really miss with the E71 (either that or I can't figure it out)...

1: Is there any way to selectively enable BT profiles for devices? I love using A2DP and it is great that I can selectively enable A2DP on my BlackJack but not the headset profile because I have no interest in using the HSP function of my Samsung SBH500 bt headphones.

2: Does anyone know a way to quickly and easily explore MP3s on your microSDHC card using the File Explorer and having them play in the media player automatically on repeat? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

That's how I listen to music and I love that feature of my Samsung Blackjack and especially how I can do that from the home screen with just one hand (there's a shortcut to the storage card on the home screen and from there I can pick an MP3 I want to listen to).

I can't stand tag-based music players (I would much rather navigate through the storage card myself since I organize it in a way I find best) and it's even worse when the media player doesn't remember the repeat one track playback setting.

Actually, I have a third thing as well:

What are some A2DP headphones which are comparable in battery life, quality, and form factor to the Samsung SBH500s? When I had my E71 and used the music player with my headphones, I would get complete breaks in audio playback and it was really annoying. It seems I wasn't the only one either:

And so, I had to send the phone back but after going back to my BlackJack, I can't stand using it! I will be getting an E71 again soon so perhaps I will just switch headphones this time 😛

The native file manager (In the 'Office' folder) can do that, or you can use Y-Browser.

1) I use Sony E's HBH DS970's. I have to manueley connect them (even after pairing) but they go to A2DP mode by default.... battery life not superb but enough for 2 x 3 hours train rides a day (hows that for scientific!)

2) You can have a short cut to Music player/Podcast appear on your homescreen when they play, giving you rapid access...

3) File manager does exactly what you want it to do (in Office Folder in apps)

4) No idea about repeating.....I doubt that can be done via File Manager..

5) I know what you mean about "tag based" being annoying....on my old Treo 680 I could avoid that completely and it was better....progress? Possible not...
