Where is option Icon animation on N79??

Once time, I saw option "Icon animation" with on/off in Options of Main Menu on my N79. Then I turn it to "off". Now I want to turn it "on" but I can't see this option (Icon Animation) again ever. What do i do to see this option again ... Help me T_T

Icon Animation was an option in S60v3 Feature Pack 1. Feature Pack 2 has Theme Effects instead.

You can enable Theme Effects by going to the Themes in Settings, and turning them ON via the Options.
