I've tryed to backup only my messages Inbox, but too bad User posted image I found a folder in the C\system\Mail, for sure here is the place where all the messages are.. now I copied those files and folders from this path... when I've formated my 9210, I've put back all the files and folders exactly as there were in when I copied them... but it didn't show them at all !!!!!

can any one help please !!

It doesn't work that way (i've tryed it also).
You can move your whole message storage to d ("messaging > Shift+Ctrl+X > memory..."😉 and then all your sms, fax, mail will be safe there even if you format c

There could be other ways...?

Jep,
Thanks for the Info User posted image , it realy helps but I need to know why copying the files didn't do the trick !! I hope there are some other ways.... thanks again

I think coping the files works only as a backup of the folder. However, when you move the data using the message storge movement function, the system configration changes to look into the new folder.
