Aarrgghh! Help! Phone constantly reboots

I've just got a replacement i8510 cause my last one had weird display issues (one half of the screen intermittantly darker than the other). Anyway, after a long period of wrangling I got a replacement from Carphone Warehouse. Now after only a day my new phone refuses to boot up - it gives the message "memory full. delete or move some data from C: Phone memory", then reboots itself, only to go through the same thing again and again and again etc ..... Has anyone had this issue or am I the unluckiest i8510 owner out there? Any help would be hugely appreciated. Is there some way to pause the booting and remove whatever app is causing the problem?

I'm guessing it's another trip to CPW... Still at least this issue is utterly replicable... 😡
