Vodafone has release their own Last.FM client (in conjunction with their Vodafone Music product no doubt). Available http://www.last.fm/group/Vodafone+Scrobbler (thanks to CJ for that), the application is geared towards the scrobbling side of Last.FM, ie letting the web server know what you are listening to, and to recommend other artists you might like. It doesn't have an option to stream music, perhaps that's coming in a later version.

Have you guys tried the open source alternative of the Last.fm player for Symbian phones?

Have a look at it. It is network independent, so non-Vodafone users can have similar service. Of course you need flat data rate 😉
Did you ever try the award winning Strands Social Player? It also scrobbles to Last.fm and even to Twitter. You can find it here: strands.com/mobile/products/strandssocialplayer/strandssocialplayer.shtml or here getjar.com/products/14884/StrandsSocialPlayer
Umm.. it's not actually out yet. Just says "Will be out in a few weeks after they finish testing". Sick of this amateur journalism. The internet has a lot to answer for.
