What the hell is BVA?

Hi guys,
i have one question in my mind. I have n72. What is the application bva? I mean what does it do? Is it the real app given by nokia in the firmware itself? Or it is a bug?

It is located in
Z:\system\apps\bva\bva.app

when i click on it in explorer in my phone, i can see a white square in background app bar which can not be selected.I had to kill the process from explorer!! I found that little weird. I also got avira antivirus for mobile. So there is very little probability of virus.

Also, as far as i know, Z:\ drive is ROM Drive. So no 3rd party software can tamper with it. So it should be some system file only. Please help me about what is that bva...
