Default Image On The 7650 !!!!!

this might be kinda weird but i really wanna know. now when we buy this phone, in the asia model this is this default picture of the mountain and in the others there is this guy doin some exercise. i wanted to know where this is stored so that if we want we can back it up. it does come back only when u hard reset but i wanna know where it is stored so i can put it back again when i want . thks

Well if you go to settings and restore the factory settings of your phone, you get the picture back 😊 (but you would't wanna lose all GPRS and MMS settings..)

The easiest way is to back up your phone, then restore factory settings. Then with a file manager browse to c:\system\data and there should be a file called backgroundimage.mbm

Just copy that, restore the backup, then whenever you want the original logo back, just send over the .mbm file. 😊

Restore factory settings and then take an SCREENSHOT of the
main screen 😃 (using Screentaker App)

Then crop the background and save that thing! hehehe! 😃

BTW!.. you can take the Screenshot on the PC if you have Remote S60 😉

You can use the PSINT system tools to reset to factory, which will restore the picture, but it doesn't get rid of all of your GPRS settings and data..!

The default backgroud is in z:\system\data and stored with the extensionmbm and possibly uses the name of your network operator.
If you find it can you please share it inthe multimedia forum, I am being a bit crazy and trying to collect as many as possible from aound the. world :roll:
