Video on P800 the free and better quality way (no mpegable)

I had serious problems in converting existing divx clips for the p800 using mpegable. (especially audio problems and right sizing).

I will try to do this when I have time:
- separate audio and video (using nandub - doom9.org)
- encode video using virtualdub (doom9.org) and DivX (some say that it is the best quality mpeg-4 codec around divx.com) using mpeg-4 simple settings (no bidir, no q-pels no b-frames).
- encode audio using AACENC to produce a stereo AAC file
- mux video & audio using MP4UI for mp4creator (mpeg4ip-sourceforge)
This should produce an ISO mp4 file which should play on almost any mp4 player.
According to the p800 whitepaper the video settings should be
video: bitrate 64 kbps , size 192x144 MPEG-4 simple profile
audio: bitrate 32 kbps, samp 22,05 kHz, AAC stereo
Therefore it should work !
If you have time do try before I do leave a message under this topic !!
Cheers

I tried everything I could think of to make a mp4 file made using virtualdub and divx to play on the p800. I really hope that somebody will soon port a divx player on the p800 that does not have all these limitations of the supplied mp4 player (limits on the size/rate, no additional decoder plugin support, no fullscreen/widescreen option (tilted).
