N96 and Nokia Photos - Help!

I've used Nokia Photos and its predecessor Lifeblog for over two years to archive SMS, MMS, Photos and videos from an N80 and an N95 without any problems. A couple of weeks ago, I upgraded my N95 for an N96, and then the problems started.

I can connect the phone to Photos, and the sync runs to completion (as far as I can tell), but only 1 of 10 photos have copied across and only 3 of 30 texts has copied. Although there are recent photos and texts on the phone, I now get the "no items copied" message when I try to sync.

I'm using Photos 1.5.242, I have v12 firmware on the phone. I've checked obvious things like date stamps on the data, and the date settings on the phone and PC, I've also re-installed the software. But now I'm stumped.

Has anyone seen anything like this before? Any suggestions? Help!
