Any ideas anyone??????? 😮

Is there a software version 10.03? Havent seen one on the nokia website. There is only a PC-Suite 1.2.0 or am I wrong!?!
I wish. My local NSC only has 3.16. 😮ops:
Is there anywhere in the UK that has higher than this
Nearly everywhere :P

Both local NSC's (they are 1 street away from each other, lol) in Nottingham have v4.xx. (One has v4.38 and the other has v4.39) 😃

hi!..

the only thing that i hope.. is that NOKIA DON"T realease more Firmware versions for a long time... to many of them in a few time..

so we are expending more time doing updates than time using the phone 😃

cya!
Anyone in Singapore have upgrade to this version? Please include here.
I don't think its out yet

How Can i Update the Firmware on my 7650?
Is there any way that the update would ot work with my provider?
Last but not least where do i get the latest firmware?
How Can i Update the Firmware on my 7650?
Buy a flashbox ($400) and get the firmware from somewhere ??
Or go to nearest Nokia Service Center (NSC) and say I want to upgrade my phone to newer firmware 😃 (cheap or even free)

No, dont think so.

NSC

yeah, thats what we all are interested in

though all 7650-users dream of it but I dont think that itll be an upgrade to BT-audio...

...I think BT-audio can only be upgraded on the hardware-side, right?!?!!

I have just spoken to Club Nokia Technical Support and as far as they are concerned the latest firmware is 4.39 and they have not yet heard for 4.46 (from their Finish Press Releases).

All they could say is that in 4.39 BT Audio is not supported, they had no information on 4.46, if the next release would support Audio or even if BT audio could be enabled by a firmware release.

So a lot of use they were!!!

Bob (Still awaiting BT audio)
😞

Which are they then? I went to TOMO and they swore blind that 3.16 was the latest. He said "Well we've just looked on the national database and nowhere has anything higher than 3.16".

Tosser

I am on 3.16 with orange uk. Usually firware upgrades come every now and then at oranges's whim. Anyone on orange uk and got a more recent release thatn 3.16?

thanks,

Morgoth

Umm... try again. TOMO has v4.38. CPW just down the road has v4.39.

And who are you calling a tosser?

I think he may have been talkin about the person he spoke to about upgrades.Anyway.Where do you want me to send my phone to j2k cos i could really do with an upgrade. =>

I also have version 4.39

I'm in South Africa !!!

Surely UK must have at least this version too?

its more likely that the blue tooth support they are talkin about is for the new version of bluetooth ? is this possible?

Try Carphone Warehouse at Lister Gate, Nottingham 😉

Yes I can detect your hint and no I can not upgrade it for you :P Unfortunately the NSC is quite a way away from me (although it is classed as 'local'😉 so I have to go there specially to the NSC. Sorry!

Well luckily they couldnt fix it on site so they sent it to nokia who graciously upgraded me to 4.39. I was referring to the bloke in the shop when I said tosser. He tried to make me feel three inches tall. Soon showed him didnt I 😃

The bluetooth update could relate to this article from The Reg

http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/archive/26772.html

hmm.....but i was under the impression trhat the BT audio support was a HARDWARE problem. they just havent put in the a compatible chip.

....clear me on this anyone :-?
