how do you remove programs from your phone ? the correct way ? or do you delete them using a file manager ?

I remove them from the manager in the tools. I saw the 1mb mem lost also in the manager

do you have a extra language on your phone or a block for the BT?
i have and it takes 1.2Mb and i cant uninstall it or use *#7370#

I dont know whether another lang was installed. do you mean hat you cannot remove it via hard reset or you cannot hard reset your phone?

Bring your phone down to your nearest nokia care center asap.
