I'm trying to sync E71 with Exchange - keep getting credentials error message - the administrator has confirmed the correct username, password & domain - but still no joy.
Can anyone offer any suggestions that may help to sync?

I dont specify a domain for mine - if I do it doesn't work for some reason.
Have you tried leaving the domain blank?
