I hope you guys can help me, because this is literally driving me nuts.
My old N95 8GB died, so I got a replacement unit. The Firmware Version is 30.0.018 23-07-08 RM320 N95 2.01.
Whenever I try to copy a jar, sis or sisx file onto the phone it corrupts the files (crc checksum differs). At first I was unable to install any programs. But then I found out that if I rename the jar/sis/sisx files to *.zip files and copy them onto the cell they stay intact (crc checksums match) and I can rename them back in order to install the program. This is just ridicoulus in my opinion. Have you experienced something similar? What can I do to solve this?
Another very annoying problem I get is that some mp3s I want to listen to are not correctly played. It's just some gibberish/stuttering sound (file is played without any problem in my pc/mp3 portable player).
