java app errors after one run

Hi,

Has anyone seen this situation? I run a java app once, all works fine, but if I try to run it again, I get a system error message, and until I switch the phone off and back on again, it keeps doing this.

any help appreciated,

damn, was hoping I wouldn't have to - restoring from backup no doubt will re introduce the problem.

I had the same problem

I was using SDoubler v1.31. Since upgrading to SDoubler v1.4 the problem seems gone? Try disabling compression of Java apps if you are using Sdoubler?

well well well,

who would have thought it? Thanks for that doc, it was space doubler playing it around. What I have done for now is just uninstall it and restart the phone, and lo behold, problem gone! Think I had an old version, it had no options settings for java app compression. Must see if I can get a later one.

Yeah, I had a similar problem, I closed emailviewer and could not reopen it. Under details, the phone said the app was still running. So I had to restart the phone. I was on SDoubler 1.31 (I think). I'm now trying 1.4, so far so good
