I have nokia n95 ( not the 8 gb version ), so i have done upgrade on my software from v11 to v21 with nokia software upgrade,
Now i have problem. with the now software my phone camera doesn't work
when i am activating the camera it shows a white screen and backs me on the main menu.
please help!!!!
What should i do, How can i downgrade my software or fix the problem
( my n95 is branded on Vodafone UK

i had the same problem with v21 (although i unbranded my vodafone n95), but that was half a year ago. i saw though that vodafone fw is already on v30?!? anyways, i brought the phone after useless resets to a service center and they repaired it for free (i don't think they check whether you changed the product code, which would void the warranty; i think they rather check whether the actual firmware you installed is the same as the one that would be the latest with your original product code) or unbrand it at your own risk and upgrade to v31 whereas i don't think this makes sense because it can be a hardware fault (as it turned out to be on mine)
