This may be a dumb question (thats my forte) - but I have been trying to set up a router for a digital pen on a 6120 classic with all sorts of problems.
I have set up the access point correctly to utilise packet over GPRS - this works because I can successfully download the router OTA.
But - for whatever reason I can't seem to get the data files to go correctly.
My thoughts are that the phone is currently loaded with many access points and the user has buggerised around with the phone so much that my best option is to simply reset it and start again.
I have actually never done a reset, will that delete any of the users contacts or other data? or will it simply default the phones config and keep all user data?
Any help would be great.
