HAS ANYONE MANAGED TO CHANGE THE PRODUCT CODE ON THE 5800. I AM DESPERATE TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE BUT NO UPDATE AVAILABLE FOR MY PRODUCT CODE 0575384 PURCHASED FROM SPAIN IN DECEMBER.
Tried NSS and PHoenix to no avail to change product code.:redface:

Same here, wanted to update mine by NSS but no luck but did it today with help from two web sites.
And it actually worked and I now have V11 and loving it!!😊

I update my 5800 phone to v11 via Phoenix an after update product code also was changed. So for next versions I will use FOTA or NSU.
