Hi! Tried updating the firmware of my 5800XM but was always getting the error:
Software update Failed
For optimum connectivity, your USB cable should be connected directly to the PC, and not via a USB hub, USB keyboard or laptop station.
I already tried it in 2 other Desktop PCs and a laptop but I keep on getting this error�but the connection to PC Suite is working fine and without any problems�i also turned off windows firewall and does not have any 3td party firewall but still can't update...Appreciate all your help. Thanks!
