GPS Performance on Nokia N95

Hi,

I have a Nokia N95 and am using Garmin for my GPS setup. This always worked fine for me, then I noticed the GPS was taking longer each time I started to use the device. I used to have a GPS fix/lock almost instantly, now it takes about 10 minutes for it to get a fix, then it works perfectly..

Any ideas?

Is A-GPS turned on or off?

A-GPS is turned on. I presume this is Assisted GPS?

With A-GPS on or off I get the same issue. Any ideas please?

Go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Positioning > Positioning server. Is your Access point and Server address (supl.nokia.com) set?

Thank you for your reply. The server address was supl.nokia.com but no access point was defined. I set the access point to my 3G connection, then tested my GPS and it worked straight away! Impressed! Thank you.
