How do you bulk transfer contacts from Phone to Sim??!

Try in the Contacts app:

Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark all

then

Options > Copy > To SIM directory

If that doesn't work, then do it one by one.

I also have no idea how it'd handle multiple phone numbers per contact in phone memory as I never keep anything on the SIM card.
