I tried reading posts on how to post a picture under my name but somehow i can't select avatars! help

When logged in goto "Profile" at the top of the page, then scroll to the bottom of that Profile page to add your avatars. If you knew this already and you have further problems then please specify.
When i select an avatar or when i choose to pick from library i got this.
