Hi I've run into a problem when using Phoenix Service Software. It is with the final step. Under Flashing Procedure [Updating to latest firmware] one has to choose the product code but nothing comes up when I press Ok, I can see all the different product codes and have double clicked and marked them and clicked ok but nothing works. I've tried them all but none of them shows in the box afterwards hence nothing happens when I press refurbish except an error message that says I need to select a product code (which I have).
I would be very grateful for any input or help!
