N96 not opening Contacts Browser

Hey guys... I hope you can help me with this issue I have...

I don't even know the real name in english of the first button we have in our screen when we are in the iddle mode of the phone (main screen)... but I call it Contacts Browser or Contact List...

The deal is that each time I tried to open it... it take like two second trying to open and then close it without leaving no trace of what happened... I can't edit my contacts, I can't add them details, etc because of this... I have tried soooooooooooooo many way of fix it but nothing happened like turning the phone on without SIM card, browsing in the Search Feature of the phone (there I can see the contact but there aren't option to edit them), browse the contact fron the select place to send SMSs, etc... I have reached to open the Contact list like two times only since I bought the phone... one time without SIM card and one time with it inside... but then when I pressed the button Option the service crashed and I was returned to the iddle mode of the phone...

I have installed the latest firmware update (built 12) so I don't know if this was happening before... I don't wanna restart my phone cause I have many things in the phone (like tags in Maps, games, apps, etc...)...

I don't know if this info is important but I used the phone for like a month without SIM card... just like a camera, GPS, video camera and MP3 player, etc... but no as a phone until I reach to buy the SIM card I wanted... and I have sync my N96 with Outlook to pass the numbers from my Motoral V9mm to the N96... all the numbers were passed but to the phone... no to the SIM card... and I just have the emergency number that the SIM card brings withint it...

I hope you can help me to fix this... I am becoming crazy with this... :frown: thanks in advance...
