Help! Accidentally deleted contacts on N95

I've got a bit of an emergency. I accidentally deleted some of the contacts in my N95 which were added since the last sync with Outlook. Is there anyway of recovering them? Are contacts stored in the phone's memory or on the memory card?

If it is the later I have Ontrack Easyrecovery Professional on my PC which is excellent so could I use it to recover the files?

Hope someone can help.

Contacts are stored in phone memory and not stored as individual files. If your phone's memory was the only place were they were stored, then I'd say for all practical purposes, they're unrecoverable.

you could recover most of your contacts by just selecting that (contacts) while doing a restore.

Additionally .. have you received any messages from or sent any messages to those lost contacts ?
These may still exist.

- Good Luck!
