Just a quick question...

I've got an 5800 ordered directly from Nokia (sim free) and i am a little worried about using it with my 3 sim.
What i am worried about is my wap settings. Is there any way i can copy them from my N95 onto the 5800?

Hi I am On Virgin and when I put the sim in the phone It said somthing like do you want to get setting from sim. and after that all the wap and sms setting was working fine. So I think you will be OK.
I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
Ian

I have come from an N95 8gb and love the 5800 much better. First thing you will notice is how much quicker it is than the N95 8gb.
Then there is the better screen and much better web browser.
Also if I am wrong about the setting. I think you can download them from the Nokia web site.
Ian.

what is the official release date, as i've had mine on order direct from nokia & it says released Feb on the nokia site...

I wouldnt worry, in all cases recent nokias have detected and succesfully installed the right settings as soon as I put the sim in.

It should pick the settings up automatically. Had to use my old T-Mob SIM in mine for a couple of days until my number ported to Vodafone and in both instances it picked up configurations from the networks fine.

The idea is for bloggers to bestow the Premio Dardos award on 15 bloggers and let them know in a comment. Then, to accept the award, write a blog post like this one.

Id like to thank Lillie Amman and Deb for giving me this honor. They are two bloggers I greatly admire.

Here are my Premio Dardos winners. (Im trying to avoid selecting bloggers who have already been selected.) Please pass along the award as you feel comfortable!
