I have just spoken to T-Mobile UK they got the 5800 this morning and they have given me what I think is a really nice deal.

Free Phone and they reduced my Line rental to 12 a month!100 mins 100 texts (as I make most of my calls on my business line it suits me perfectly) especially if I can get the 5800 unlocked as well! AND the handset is being SD to me tomorrow AM,

Well done T-Mobile that is what I call customer service, and I don't have to leave what I think is the best provider in the UK

Nice deal like you say. I actually sacked them off just recently because their upgrade deals have been so damn awful and they've been so slow to offer new models. Like I enquired about upgrading to an E71 about a month ago and was quoted 140 to stay on a 25pcm 12 month deal, and would've needed to go onto a 33pcm 18 month deal to get it anything close to free.

Ended up on Vodafone on an 18 month 30pcm deal with 100 cashback and unlimited data and got my 5800 delivered last Saturday so can't grumble!

Having been exclusively a Sony Ericsson user since the T68, T-Mobile have not been as good as some in offering new models especially Sony Ericsson (who only have themselves to blame) but I find their crystal clear pricing and outstanding customer service second to none. I dumped Vodafone due to constant excessive bills (Due to what I felt was a misleading tariff) lousy customer service plus I found out exactly how much customers money was being spent to allow the sunglasses on strings FAT CATS at Vodafone to live it up at F1 races and I was disgusted! Sure successful execs deserve rewards but the amount being spent in the name of "Marketing" was plain stupid in my view
