Hi all,
im new here and i have the following Problem with my n96:
i got my brand new N96 on Thursday. It is branded with T-Mobile. I changed Product-Code from 0574285 to 0543713 with NSS. Wrote the Code back to the Phone, all went well. Started NSU, found the new Firmware and installed it without problems saying on the end:"Your Softwareupdate has successfully finished..." or something like this, after that i restarted the Phone and since then all i will see is "phone start-up failed, contact your Dealer", i already tried the "Green" + "*" + "3" Key-Combination , i hold it til the Nokia-Logo shows up, after releasing it the Display starts to change "colors" from black to white and to black, this goes on for maybe two minutes , than the display will stay black and nothing more happens.
Is there anything i can do to bring back life to my N96, or can only the Dealer help?
Edit:
Someone knows the Key for "Safe Boot" the N96, all i found was Safe Boot for other models with "Pencil"-Key, but N96 hasn't a Pencil-Key.
