Please Help E71 ATT USA user. Packet data ??

Hi everyone. Please help me. My internet for ATT was working yesterday until 2pm. Now when i try to go on the internet via ATT it says

"Packet Date Not available. Check network settings"

I called Att and Nokia and they did not help me. I just got this phone this week. I tried researching it. But couldnt find a solution. Any ideas?????

I have tried to hard resetting the phone. it didnt help.

Packet Data not available means that there is no GPRS/EDGE connection
The two most likely causes would be a network problem (check with ATT) or incorrect settings (ATT might have these on their site, otherwise you could try this: http://www.nokiausa.com/link?cid=PLAIN_TEXT_1087991)
