Is it really so necessary ? 😊 I mean - I had mine for a week. I did have several problems - like phone crashing after a new software install (not so much of a firmware fault I guess). Today it hang up completely during a call...never experienced that before. Other than that it sems quite stable to me. However, if the new firmware would fix the "no picture save" bug and the absence of bluetooth audio, then it is another story 😊

I have problems with
1. Crashing after software installs
2. green screen of death
3. WAP browser shows gifs as 16 color not 256
4. Wap browser crashes on exit
5. No save option
6. Bluetooth Audio
7. Sometimes SMS are not received untill phone is next re-booted then in come 10 at once!!
8. A lot of software will not run from memory card (thou I guess this is the software rather than firmware)

Hopefully an upgrade will fix some, if not all, of these problems 😊

No wonder your system is unstable. I got my retail version today and it has version 2.50 13-02-2003.

I'm thinking of getting a 3650 sim free in a couple of weeks. how is your retail phone, radish? are you experiencing the same probs as in 1.34?

No crashes so far except some games/apps don't work from the memorycard so they more or less crash, but installing them on the memory instead solved problems. SMS and MMS messages work great, BT works (except my USB-BT dongle doesn't work very well), camera works ... no problems here. I haven't seen every "death"-screens or Kernel errors.

I just upgraded my software from V1.34 to the new V2.50 I don't get that green screen no more. Also some of the programs that didn't work with the V1.34 works now works. I also have the save option in the messaging section. About programs not working when you install it in the mmc card well that's just b'cuz most of the softwares out right now is still for the 7650 just wait awhile until they make them for the 3650...

The manual book is in Indonesia language and the phone self is in English.
With 2 covers u can choose , i choosed blue with the blue light keypad.

I bought in Indonesia Rp 4.000.000,- so if 1 US $ = 8950 = so is around
US$ 446,92
and this is an official from INTOUCH ( one of distributor NOKIA in Indonesia)

Btw i don't know what means for the 1.2.8 ? anyone knows???

But I'm so disappointed when i realize that when i played back my record camera there's no sound in it/ 😞 Is anyone have the same problem with mine?

Go to the nearest Nokia Service Centre (NSC) and ask for it.
They should do it for free.
