I am new to allaboutsymbian.com and faithful you are able to help me.
I got a new Nokia 5800 yesterday. It is such a great phone. I love playing with it. But unfortunately as soon as I use Isync and the nokia released Isync plugin it does not sync my addressbook neither my calender. Everytime I get the report: connection failed. :frown:
Even connecting via USB causes the report - I ran out of ideas. :frown:
Do you guys have an idea???

reboot - seriously - you need to reboot after installing the iSync plug in for it too work

Thanks for your fast reply. Well it somehow changed. Now each time I sync Isync notes "connection failed" and then continues to sync and even syncs some data. Unfortunately not all. After syncing I get a report telling me that syncing did not work and I should restart. Restart does not help.
Might there be a generell problem with the Nokia plugin?
Anymore ideas???

Hello everybody,
I could solve the problem. I deinstalled the plugin, restarted my mac and tried everything from the beginning - somehow it worked out and still does.
Hopefully for a long time now.
