i know u lot must be bored with us thickos so i apologise but im trying to update my 5800 with no joy
i have installed the software via the cd that came with it no joy i have uninstalled this and cleaned it using nokia pc suite cleaner and i have instaleld it from nokias website but for some reason neither the pc suite or the ovi suite recognises my phone in pc suite mode but the phone is recognised in the other 3 modes now why is this:con?
also i have tried updating using the ota system and when i try it says i have the latest update 20.0.0.12 but i dont ( i have the uk red phone )
any help most appreciated
