Sync with Outlook - Does it work???

I have used a variety of PDAs and have had mixed results with Syncing to Outlook. The worst had to be the Nokia 9100.

What are the experiences with the P800.

-- Is it fast
-- Can is merge changes correctly
-- Can it handle Outlook Capitalisation of Contact names
-- Do entries ever get duplicated

-It's much slower than my jornada with activesync 3.5.
-merges ok
-didn't notice anything odd with caps
-no duplicates so far. no duplicates so far.

I doesn't have a continuous sync feature like activesync. pity.
