PC Suite Backup...No Settings/Phone restarts

Since updating the firmware on my N95-2 8gb I've noticed that when I do a backup on Nokia PC Suite, connected via USB, that Settings do not seem to be included.

Furthermore the phone itself reboots at the end of the Backup!

I am on firmware V31.
PC Suite V 7.1.18.0
Vista Home Premium
Connection via USB

Has anyone else noticed this?
I've run backup a dozen times with the same result. I've even closed all open prog's.

I now have this same problem with v31.0.015 on my N95 8gb

I still have the same problem.

Can't seem to crack this one.

Would appreciate any help or suggestions on this one.
