Exactly what do you want to do?

Do you want to change the product code and try different firmware or do you just want to reinstall the firmware?

Did you reinstall Settings from Backup after updating the firmware?

You can reflash with the same firmware using Nokia Software Updater but don't.

Firmware updates either work or don't, they don't work with niggles that can be cured by reflashing. You can reset the phone to default and wipe everything apart from the built in programs by pressing *#7370#. You will lose all contacts, messages etc.

Use Nokia PC Suite PC Sync to restore contacts and calendar entries etc. Don't use Nokia PC Suite backup to restore settings made with one firmware version to a different firmware version or variant (different product code).

Are you sure your problem is firmware and not hardware related?
