5800 stuck during the firmware update! please help

I was trying to update my 5800 firmware and in the middle of the update, the NSU showed the message saying that the phone is dissconnected and unable to find. and when i try to turn on the phone, nothing happens.

even the nokia care center (in sri lanka) says that it is more likely to be impossibe to repair the phone when something like this happen.

i got my phone a day before yesterday.

please someone help me.

it can be repaired they are fibbing to you ,how would they know without looking at phone if its repairable or not
just in case they don't there is 3rd party app on the net what will flash dead phones what can u look for
