Contacts in Outlook not sync'ing phone numbers w/E71 using PC Suite

Not sure what the issue is but all of my contacts are there with thumbnails and what not but no phone numbers. Since that's probably the most important thing how can I get it to sync the contacts in it's entirety? It's a work laptop so there's a chance that there's a setting that needs adjusted or something too. Any help would be appreciated because I'm not much of an Outlook pro. Thanks!
