I bought my E-71 in October and it came free with a version of EA Tetris (Tiger Woods golf, too). I unfortunately had to reformat the hard drive and the game is gone.
Since then I have been trying to get a copy of the game. On the EA site, I can "buy it" for like $2.50 but the only method is to receive the phone via SMS and I am not in the US right now so I can't receive any USA SMS.
Does anybody know how I can get a FREE or, if I must, BUY a *downloadable* version of Tetris that I can just install on my phone?
Any help would be appreciated. I miss my Tetris. 😞
Hmm, go and buy one my friend. I know the feeling of being lost a game and have to pay for another. But you know if everyone is doing what you are doing. The whole game industry will be dead and you will not able to play games any more.
whoa, hold your horses there my friend. What I'm doing???? You didn't read my messages, just skimmed.
number one I said I was prepared to buy one at the EA store for USA but couldnt cause I am traveling. I'm happy to buy a downloadable version, licensed and all. The inquiry I made about free is because I thought perhaps I am entitled to one as an E71 owner since I got the first one free. But if not, fine. I made it clear I am willing to buy, but as this is my first smartphone I don't know how. EA doessnt have an online store for the country I am in now, so please give me some guidance how I can buy and where.

Can anybody help me figure out how to buy a copy of Tetris while in a country that doesn't have an EA games site? Or how I can get the licensed free copy I'm entitled to as an E71 owner?
I was baffled for a while by what sounds like a similar problem, but then I discovered an email from EA in the UK containing the logon to download the application. Then I installed it with PC Suite.
not a bad idea, I never used the CD but I will try that when I get home, thanks.
