I use accuweather, its freeware and does the job pretty well, only limited to one city mind you.

I can confirm that WorldMate also works. It's not as detailed as accuweather, but it does have a cool feature that looks up the weather for you and pops it onto your screen at certain times each day.

World mate is okay but a huge and cumbersome app for just weather. It also donwnloads a lot of data for that it does, so slower and more expensive to update.
