I have an installed application on my 7650 in the "Application" directory.
Can I copy this pregram to my PC to re-install it on another 7650?
How could I do?
I have already found the installation directory with a file manager and so?

I'm sorry you can't. You can do it provided your still have the setup file in your inbox, Once the sis or jar file is installed, you can not just copy all the files to your PC and install to another phone. There are some files are installed inside the registry.
Actually most applications dont use the so called registry and can be just copied to another phone. You must however copy ALL files the program uses and use the same directory structure. Do not forget to include to SIS file in order to be able to uninstall it from the manager.
