can i install existing apps with new firmware updated

i would like to ask anyone wheather i can install existing apps such as space double when i update my current firmware which is v3.16 to v4.++

also i would like to check whats updated since v3.16 to the latest firmware.

did nokia update their camera program so that it does not look so bluey?
