n85 phone memory problem

Try having a look at what is stored on the phone. You might find there is a load of pre installed images, videos, songs etc that's stored in the phone memory before you got the phone. The amount of free space can depend on what network your phone is on as different networks add/change different things on the phone.

it says 21 mb is used for other files...
i have no images or videos.. in phone memory .. i have checked it throughly.. i just cant figure out wat the other files are..
