I'm with Orange

what happens after taking returning faulty mobiles 3 times!??
the lady said if I had to return a mobile which was faulty for the 3rd time, they will let me choose a different handset. (upto now the system couldn't let them)

Will I beable to change to any handsets for free? Or pay extra?

I'm SICK and TIRED OF GETTING WOBBLY crap slider build...everything else is soooo perfect!!!

I assume that they'll offer you the same phones for free that you'd be able to get when you first buy the contract.

so I won't beable to get a N96 for free?
but ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT ORANGE HAS PROVIDED ME WITH AWFUL AWFUL build quality...
this phone should've been a prototype....

do you think if I said i'll cancel my re-newed 18months contract they'll budge?
:S
i really wanted the N85 but this, I can't live with

my Samsung E900 from 4 years ago has a better slider than this!!!

The N96 is only free as an offer for new customers who take out a 24month contract on dolphin 35, or customers who sign up to the more expensive panther tarrifs. Orange give an upgrade credit which is applied to the price of the phone at the checkout stage. Unfortunately the networks are more interested in attracting new customers, but a quick call to the cancellations dept should soon sort you out with what you want. 😉
