I bought N96 3 months ago on a contract and it's slider wasn't really the tightest one I have ever seen, but now I can literally move the top part in every direction.
There is also a lot of space on top left side between top and bottom parts of the phone.
When the backlight is on, I can see some yellow-ish light leaking under the S60 button.
There are 5 dead pixels on the screen (3 were there when I bought it, I found 2 new ones while drinking coffe this morning)
Lokswitch is well.... broken in some weird way. That piece of plastic holding the part which you actually move broke in half 3 days ago.
Camera lens is scratched (not by my fault).
I am definitely going to go to repair centre today, so should I get my phone replaced or repaired (I think that simply replacing it would be better)
I imagine they will replace it, but you never know.
2 days without my N96....only other phone left in my house is se k750 (does that thing have a small screen or what???)

Hi MaterAos,
I'm in a very similar situation to you. I purchased the N85 on contract just over 2 months ago and have had numerous problems with both hardware and software and have been strongly considering trying to get a replacement handset.
What was your experience at the Repair Centre yesterday? Did they replace your handset? What did they say?
Also, did you purchase your phone/contract directly from the network or through a third party (e.g. Phones4U, Carphone Warehouse)? Would this make any difference to how you go about getting a handset repaired/replaced?
I hope you got yours sorted.
