Recently ( I think, since I upgraded the software to v31, without other problems )
my N95-1 wont dial a call if I use my contacts menu. It works normally if I manually dial the numbers.
Can anyone throw any light on this problem and advise me how to fix it, please ?
I did a backup before the upgrade and a restore after it , so the numbers are all there and correct, leaving me baffled

Did you restore Contacts to your phone using Backup/Restore on the PC Suite?
If so, try deleting your Contacts on the phone:-
Contacts > Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark all > Options > Delete
Then sync your phone to Microsoft Outlook with PC Suite Sync and set it to load data from computer to phone with just Contacts marked.
Thanks for your help. yes , I had restored the contacts using backup/restore. I did another restore and things seem to be working normally now !
