Hi all,
I just got my E71-1 yesterday and upgraded from a very effiecient E61i....everything was going smooth until all of a sudden, contact names stopped appearing with incoming calls and SMS's.
I went through the forums searching for a solutions and apparently alot of people experienced the same thing.....except in my case, I do not have any duplicate names or numbers!!!!
Any ideas what could solve this???

Try adding country and area code to the numbers. Cumbersome, I know, but may fix it.
Already had those entered when I was using the E61i!!!
It's an unusual problem and I suspect people aren't replying because they can't answer the question? 😊
Have you tried removing the country code for a number and trying that? Or it might be a network feature that has - somehow - been disabled?
Are your contact duplicated?
Check both SIM and phone memory. May be an issue, so just make sure you have one contact per number.
