i tried everything but my battery doesn't lasts more then 12h deleted that dll original theme everything off still nothing. I ordered a new battery the question is when i will get it i should drain it or charge it as it is for 16 h? and if the new battery will not have longer last what will i do?

When you get it, charge it for as long as possible WITH THE PHONE SWITCHED OFF! I don't know why but this really does make a hugh difference. I bought a desktop charger from Ebay and charged my new battery over night - and afterwards it lasted less than a day! I then charged the same battery with the phone off overnight and hey presto - 3 days!!!! After that, subsequent charges via USB and wall charger all with the phone on have also lasted for days!
It seems the poster on the other battery thread was right - you sometimes have to reactivate the battery by charging it with phone off! God knows why - but it seems to work!

i emailed samsung bout the battery ,told me to drain battery and charge for 14 hours or so, etc, told them battery was still shit, so this was their reply.

battery comes with a 6-month warranty and the phone comes with a 2-year
warranty. If you are able to I would suggest that you test another
battery in the phone. If you determine that the battery is faulty and it
is within thewarranty period we will post out another one to you. To do
this we will require the serial number of the phone with is print on a
sticker on the phone and can be seen when the battery is removed. We
would also need you to provide a full postal address. If you determine
that the phone is at fault then you can arrange this by calling on 08456
