Using the 3g on N95 8GB to connect a laptop via USB problems

Evening,

Im going to be travelling a lot over the weekend, and so need the internet on my laptop to work via my N95.

I have installed the pc suite and looked at various threads for instructions on how to use it. I am computer literate, however i just cannot seem to get it to work!

I connect the phone via USB and select PC Suite,

I then select the connect to the internet feature.

This error message comes up after about a minute of connecting:

"Failed to connect to the network! One Touch Access could not connect to the selected device"

On the configuration, i presume i need to select the N95 as the modem, and Vodafone United Kingdom as the service provider.

I just keep getting this error message and cant quite put my finger on what i need to do to get it to work!

Im using a N95 8GB via USB, am on Vodafone UK and running Vista on the laptop.

someone please help!

On a side note, do vodafone allow you to use this service (im on a 40 a month contract with unlimited internet usage)

Help greatly appreciated.

Regards
